Atomic Programming have created a new website devoted to JTAG tools including the Infinity Suite and JTAG hardware.
This website is available at
The Infinity Suite contains applications for
- Boundary Scan Testing
- APEL scripting language that allows you to script control of the IO Pins in the Boundary Scan chain
- Programming JN516X devices using JTAG
- Programming Microchip MX devices even when the device is part of a larger JTAG chain
- STAPL, SVF Tools
The website contains all downloads and allows you to purchase a license on-line for Infinity APEL and Infinity SCAN.
As well as containing information on each of the Infinity applications, there are example scripts, tutorials and other support material
