ISP/JTAG Boundary Scan & JN51XX Training Platform

Ideal for Educational use and general equipment training, our training platform provides everything required to help your understanding of JTAG Boundary scan testing and FPGA configuration, ISP programming, as well as a development kit for Jennic ZigBee PRO applications based on the JN5148 wireless microcontroller.

The main aim of the Training Platform is to teach users how to program devices on a JTAG chain, how to setup boundary scan tests to successfully check a board and how to configure the training function of the Infinity SCAN software.

Additionally, the ISP/SPI interface allows for ISP programming of an Atmel AVR microcontroller, and for programming the serial flash memory and security bits of Jennic JN5148 Wireless Modules (IEEE802.15.4 and ZigBee PRO).

The complete kit consists of an AP-114 ISP/JTAG Programmer with standard JTAG cable assemblies, Training Board, Infinity Suite JTAG software (Express & SCAN) & ApPC Software.

The Training board is powered from the USB port, and supplied pre-assembled and fully tested. It includes the following:
