INFINITY SUITE PRODUCT MATRIX

The Infinity suite is comprised of several separate applications which provide complete board coverage. Infinity Express offers Universal support for In-System Programming (ISP) and configuration of JTAG compatible devices using generic SVF or JAM/STAPL files. All functions of Infinity Express are provided as standard with the AP-114 programmer, and are free to download.

INFINITY SCAN

Infinity SCAN provides a powerful JTAG Boundary Scan tester, with Autimatic Scan-Chain detect, built in BSDL libraries and automatic board training. The SCAN+ and PRO versions offer additional features including a Production Mode plug-in, Netlist importer and a COM Object mode. INFINITY APEL

Infinity APEL, with its own Embedded Script language, provides comprehensive functional testing and debugging of boards, including non-JTAG devices. APEL allows variables and bus definitions and supports complex loops, functions, delays and conditional execution.

The APEL Player script runner functions means scripts can be compiled to be run at remote sites without having to release the source code. COM Object script control allows full integration of software into the user's GUI, and a Console mode run scripts from DOS command prompts. These are all included in the basic version of APEL.

The APEL Studio Script Editor provides breakpoints, single-step execution, Variable and Bus tracing and editing and device chain visualisation. Write your own custom test sequences, generate script automatically using the Script Wizard or use code provided by Atomic Programming.
