INFINITY JN516X Infinity JN516X provides JTAG programming support for the NXP JN516X devices. Supports programming of both the boot and application sectors as well as the customer MAC address and features such as VBO voltage. As well as an interactive GUI, the software can also be driven by the command line making it suitable for production use. To support customers, Atomic also offers a 40QFN socketed board that can be used with the AP-114 programmer to program JN516X chips.
